Wendy Cetta Promoted to Director of Support Services

portrait of Wendy CettaSuffolk Federal is proud to announce the promotion of Wendy Cetta of Medford, to Director Support Services. Cetta is located at the Medford Branch and in this position ensures that all areas within Support Services are running properly and trouble shoots any issues that may arise as quickly as possible. These areas include but are not limited to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, IRA’s, Share Draft accounts, ACH, ATM’s, Shared Branching, Remote Deposit and Wire Processing. She oversees Support Services Staff through effective organization, coaching and counseling and leads department Compliance audits quarterly in collaboration with the Risk Management & Compliance Department. She joined Suffolk Federal in 2000 as a Call Center Representative and most recently served as Manager of Support Services. Cetta enjoys bowling, gardening, outdoor activities and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
