In an effort to support the charitable work of local organizations that serve the areas of Suffolk Federal branch locations, the credit union has identified nonprofits to provide financial support to. In West Babylon, Branch Manager Mary Warren-Mancini presents a $1,000 contribution to the West Babylon Public Library.
“Supporting an organization right here in our back yard is extremely rewarding,” said Warren-Mancini. “The library offers services to the community through educational programs, senior services, local support efforts like blood drives and college-student support programs. We’re proud to support the work that they do here in West Babylon.”
“On behalf of the Board of Trustees and staff of the West Babylon Public Library, we extend our thanks to Suffolk Federal for their generous donation,” said Gail Pepa, Library Director. “A gift like this helps to further enable the library to fulfill our mission of providing services and programs to patrons of all ages. We believe in our community and it is clear that Suffolk Federal does as well.”
