In an effort to support the charitable work of local organizations that serve the areas of Suffolk Federal branch locations, the credit union has identified nonprofit organizations to provide financial support to. In Medford, Branch Manager Megan Diehl and Assistant Branch Manager Amy Kazen present a $1,000 contribution to The Neighborhood House.
“The Neighborhood House is an amazing organization created by our community who saw a need and took action,” said Diehl. “The support and services that they offer is invaluable and here at Suffolk Federal, we are proud to be a part of that.”
“Through this generous donation from Suffolk Federal, we are able to reach even more families through the Neighborhood House to meet the growing needs of the Long Island community,” said Michelle Virga, Executive Director & Co-Founder of The Neighborhood House. “This expansion encompasses the growth of our social work staff, supplies and materials as well as our need for an expanded office and meeting space as we enter the New Year. We could not do this work without the support and donations from organizations like Suffolk Federal.”
