In an effort to support the charitable work of local organizations that serve the areas of Suffolk Federal branch locations, the credit union has identified nonprofit organizations to provide financial support to. In West Babylon, Branch Manager Mary Warren-Mancini presents a $1,000 contribution to Ramona’s Gift to Music Foundation.
“Johnny ‘Sax’ Mangione is a passionate musician, who after losing a musically gifted loved one, decided to give back in an effort to support children interested in the arts,” said Warren-Mancini. “Throughout the year, Ramona’s Gift to Music Foundation hosts special events and fundraising campaigns in support of local music programs. We are so proud to support such an incredible foundation.”
“We are dedicated to giving the gift of music to children through all media and outlets available; performing, listening and learning,” said John Mangione, President of Ramona’s Gift to Music. “Through scholarships, awards and supporting music programs, we are able to support our mission to help children’s goals become a reality. We are grateful for Suffolk Federal’s donation.”
