Suffolk Federal has announced the selection of Matthew Schettino as Senior Vice President of Marketing. In this role, Schettino will oversee the strategic development of Suffolk Federal’s brand and marketing strategy, including all aspects of member experience design, advertising and marketing communications as well as the enriched development of sponsor and community partnerships.

His knowledge and leadership will enhance our abilities to identify improvements, leverage resources and apply best practices. Matt’s experience with brand research and the development and implementation of marketing tactics coupled with his keen ability to establish and deliver a robust digital presence will be key drivers in effecting the enhancement of our service model.” said Michele Dean, President and CEO.
Schettino joins Suffolk Federal with over 19 years of experience in banking and financial services. Most recently, he was with Ridgewood Savings Bank as Vice President and Director of Marketing. In that capacity, he oversaw all aspects of brand and reputation management, customer segmentation models and sponsorships as well as market planning and execution within traditional and digital channels. He also held previous positions at City and Suburban Federal Savings Bank.
Schettino earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola College and his Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland. He is a longstanding member of the American Marketing Association.
