Suffolk Federal is proud to announce the promotion of Megan Diehl of Patchogue as Branch Manager of the credit union’s Medford Branch at 3681 Horseblock Road. In this position, Diehl is responsible for developing new business relationships in conjunction with meeting credit union goals of increased membership, and loan and deposit growth. She manages all branch operations, performs regular analysis of production and sales data, and participates in local community affairs. Diehl additionally provides leadership through coaching and support of all branch personnel in order to accomplish superior sales and service objectives.
“Megan has been a part of the Medford team here at the credit union for quite some time and we are confident that her leadership skills and expertise will help to further advance the overall success of the credit union,” said Ralph D. Spencer, Jr., President & CEO of Suffolk Federal. “She is a true asset to Suffolk Federal and brings a wealth of financial knowledge to all of our membership.”
Diehl has been employed at Suffolk Federal since 2013 where she originally began as Financial Services Representative. She later served as the Assistant Branch Manager at the Medford Branch. Prior to joining Suffolk Federal, Diehl served as an Assistant Operations Supervisor at Astoria Federal Savings Bank in Coram. She attended Long Island University, C.W. Post in Brookville, New York for Elementary Education. She is currently attending SUNY Empire State College, working towards a Bachelor’s Degree for Business Administration.
Diehl is a volunteer on the planning committee for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Yaphank. She is also an avid runner, and dedicate all completed miles and medals to her ‘running buddy’ Jordan who is a 6-year-old with Autism who lives in Arkansas.
