Check presentation with staffIn an effort to support the charitable work of local organizations that serve the areas of Suffolk Federal branch locations, the credit union has identified nonprofit organizations to provide financial support to. In Southampton, Branch Manager Vincent Hardalo presents a $1,000 contribution to the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF).

“The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons work is guided by three core values: compassion, integrity and dedication,” said Hardalo. “Those same values play a key role here at Suffolk Federal with serving our members and helping our communities. We are extremely happy to be able to assist their efforts and do our part.”

“Thank you to our friends at Suffolk Federal for their generous donation as part of their community outreach,” said ARF’s Executive Director & CEO Scott Howe. “We are delighted and grateful to be this year’s recipient. This donation will help tremendously with the daily operation of this shelter.”

The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons actively rescues cats and dogs, provides quality care and offers sanctuary until loving homes can be found. Since founded in 1974, ARF has saved over 25,000 cats and dogs. For more information on adopting, volunteering and how you can help, visit
