On Saturday, November 21st an individual at our Medford branch had tested positive for COVID-19. This branch
has undergone a deep disinfecting cleaning and is open normal business hours without interruption.

In an ongoing effort to protect the health of our membership and our employees, while still working to meet your financial needs, starting November 30th, lobby hours for all of our branches will be by appointment only.

For teller transactions, please use drive-up window services, which are available at all branch locations EXCEPT Port Jefferson, Sayville and Southampton. Withdrawals of more than $5,000 will require a Branch Appointment.

If you must visit a branch, we ask that you use our drive-thru services and deposit taking ATMs. To work with a Member Services Representative in-person, please fill out a Branch Appointment form and we will contact you to set an appointment. There may be a delay in our normal response time however we will do our best to contact you by the following business day.

At Suffolk Federal, we understand that you may be experiencing financial hardship due to the effects of the Coronavirus. In an effort to lessen the current economic burden placed on families, the credit union is offering a Relief Loan option to membership. In addition, if you are struggling to make loan payments, please call us at 631.924.8000 or fill out a Branch Appointment Form.

Relief Loan features* (must be a Suffolk Federal Member as of September 30, 2020):

  • A maximum loan amount of $5,000.
  • A minimum loan amount of $500.
  • Terms up to 60 months.
  • Rates as low as 3.99%
  • Initial Payment deferred for 90 days
  • Convenient automatic payments through your FREE Advantage Checking Account.

Small Business Information (SBA)

At this time Suffolk Federal will not be participating in SBA Paycheck Protection Program. However, your business can apply directly through Newtek Business Solutions at www.newtekone.com/cares.

What you can do: Personal Protective Measures
Always consider taking these important personal protective measures to prevent the potential spread of the Coronavirus, and other respiratory illnesses.

• Wear a mask.
• Please practice Social Distancing as much as possible.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw that tissue in the trash.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
• Stay home when you are sick.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
