with Bill Pay is more secure than paying and receiving statements through the mail.  ID Theft is more vulnerable via mailed information, and detection can take longer to discover.  You can decrease chances of losses by monitoring your accounts electronically.  With SFCU’s online Bill Pay, you can pay your mortgage, auto loan, credit card, utility or any other bills online, on time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Online Banking is a fast and easy way to do your banking from anywhere at anytime.  All you need is a personal computer with internet access. Manage your accounts safely and securely from the comforts of your home.  Check your current balance, transfer funds, use secure messaging, see if a check has cleared and print a photo copy and set up account alerts.

Also, with Bill Pay as part of the Online Banking service, you can pay your electric, credit card, phone or any kind of bills - online.  With Bill Pay, there is no need to write out checks, you can save on the cost of stamps and personal time - all at your convenience!
 
To take advantage of this FREE service, you must first be established as a user on our Member Telephone Service (MTS).  Contact our Call Center  to set up your MTS PIN.
 
To access your account at your convenience... click onto the Online Banking button - conveniently located on our Home page and follow the "Account Login" procedures.
 
ACCOUNT ALERTS
Account Alerts allows you to receive real-time alerts when you define specific account conditions and they have been met.  It's like having a virtual assistant who monitors your accounts 24 hours a day and alerts you when you want to be notified.
 
Account Alerts has 4 categories of notifications:
  • Account Thresholds - configured by you to notify you when when any of your active deposit or loan account balances are above, below or equal to a specific dollar amount.
  • Transaction Conditions - configured by you to notify you when the next deposit or withdrawal transaction occurs; when a direct deposit occurs; or when a specific transaction is above, below or equal to a specified dollar amount.
  • Check Status - notify yourself when a specific check number has cleared.
  • Reminders - date driven reminders can be set up for whatever reasons you would like, such as birthdays, anniversaries, tax deadlines, and other special events.

You receive the alerts through email, text messaging (cell phone, pager, etc.) and/or even SFCU's secure messaging program within Home Banking.  It's your choice!  And one more thing... it's completely FREE!

To begin using Account Alerts, sign-on to Online Banking using your member number and MTS PIN and choose Account Alerts from the Options menu.

ESTATEMENTS 
This innovative way to receive your SFCU statements allows you to view your account information when you want and eliminates the clutter of paper statements – your kitchen table will love you!   This electronic service provides you with the same information as paper statements and is securely available through SFCU’s Online Banking, your personal email notification and here!
